Embrace Ideas offers various subscription plans tailored to different user types:
All paid plans are yearly commitments. Monthly plans are billed monthly but require a 12-month commitment. Yearly plans are billed annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but for monthly plans, cancellation will take effect after 12 billing cycles (1 year from your current billing cycle). No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.
Free trial users are limited to 5 analyses per user. Paid subscribers receive 5-10 analyses per user per month, depending on your plan.
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

In no event shall Embrace Ideas, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
